The specific content, function and form of the service presented in real time on the platform shall prevail. 2.7我们提供的商品/服务为付费服务，用户使用收费服务需要向我们支付一定费用。我们会在您使用之前向您作出明确的付款提示。用户理解并同意，付款即表示用户愿意支付对价购买相应的视频课程和商品，基于视频课程及其衍生商品的特殊性，用户付款后我们将不予退款，请您根据实际需要进行选择。如根据国家法律规定可以退货的商品，在您保证商品完好无损且可以二次销售的情况下自负运费寄回指定地址,否则我们有权不予退款。 The commodities/services we provide are paid services, and users need to pay a certain fee to us to use the paid services. We will give you a clear reminder of payment before you use it. The user understands and agrees that payment means that the user is willing to pay the consideration price to purchase the corresponding video courses and commodities. Based on the particularity of the video courses and their derivatives, we will not refund the payment after the user makes the payment. Please choose according to your actual needs. If the commodities can be returned according to the national laws, you guarantee that the goods are in good condition and can be resold, you will send them back to the designated address at your own expense. Otherwise we have the right not to refund. 2.8如果您通过平台订购服务/商品，平台上展示的服务/商品和价格等信息仅仅是要约邀请，您的订单将成为订购服务/商品的要约。当您作为消费者为学习或生活消费需要下单并支付费用或货款的情况下，您支付成功后即视为我们与您之间的买卖合同就已支付费用或货款对应的服务/商品成立。 If you order services/commodities through the Platform, the information of services/commodities and prices displayed on the Platform is only an invitation for offer, and your order will become an offer to order services/commodities. The ownership of the account is owned by us, and users only enjoy the right to use the account during the term of this Terms and Conditions. Without the consent of us, the user's account is only for the user's own use, and the account information and rights shall not be transferred, donated, borrowed, sold, authorized or leased to a third party or jointly controlled and used by a third party. 3.4. 您知悉并理解，如不同帐号绑定或关联同一手机号、同一支付账户、同一身份证信息、同一设备号或相同收货信息，所述不同帐号将可能被视为关联帐号（即同一用户），在此情况下，我们有权进行合并或强制注销相关帐号。 You acknowledge and understand that if different accounts are bound or associated with the same mobile phone number, same payment account, same ID card information, same device number or same receiving information, the different accounts may be regarded as related accounts (i.e. the same user). In this case, we have the right to merge or force the cancellation of relevant accounts. 3.5. 如果您需要注销您的帐号，您有权通过平台公布的方式、程序进行，我们将在核实您的身份并清理帐号资产（例如已充值或已获得的虚拟资产等）及纠纷争议后，为您提供帐号注销服务。在注销帐号之后本协议即终止，我们将停止为您提供任何服务。请您知悉并理解，用户要求注销账户的，我们将不退还账户中未使用课程服务的相应费用。当然，我们也保留权利在您的帐号符合回收的如下情况下，直接回收并注销您的帐号并停止服务：（1）未通过实名认证；（2）连续12个月未曾登陆、使用本服务；（3）其它情况。 If you need to cancel your account, you have the right to do so by means and procedures published on the Platform. We will provide you with account cancellation service after verifying your identity and clearing up account assets (such as prepaid or acquired virtual assets, etc.) and disputes. This Terms and Conditions will terminate upon account cancellation and we will cease to provide any services to you. Please be aware and understand that we will not refund the fees for the unused course services in the account if the user requests to cancel the account. Of course, we also reserve the right to directly withdraw and cancel your account and stop the service if your account meets the following requirements :(1) fails to pass the real-name authentication; (2) have not logged in or used the Service for 12 consecutive months; (3) other circumstances. 3.6您有责任自行负责保管帐号的用户名和密码等信息，否则因该等事项引发的法律责任由用户自行承担。凡使用本服务登录帐号和登录凭证的行为，本服务视为您本人的操作，操作所产生的电子信息记录均为本服务用户行为的有效凭据。如果因为用户管理不善或因不可抗力等我们无法控制的原因造成帐号、密码、验证码等被复制或被盗用，相应损失由用户自行承担。 You are responsible for keeping the user name, password and other information of your account, otherwise, the user shall bear the legal liability caused by such matters. Any use of login account and login certificate of the Service shall be regarded as your own operation by the Service, and the electronic information records generated by the operation shall be the effective evidence of the user behavior of the Service. If accounts, passwords and verification codes are copied or stolen due to improper user management or force majeure or other reasons beyond our control, the corresponding losses shall be borne by the user(s). 4.用户行为规范User Code of Conduct 4.1您保证合理地使用本服务，并接受本协议和我们适时制定并发布的其他政策、规则、公告声明。 You warrant that you will use the Service reasonably and accept this Terms and Conditions and other policies, rules, announcements and statements formulated and issued by us in due course. 4.2行为禁止：您可在本协议约定的范围内使用平台及服务，您不得利用平台从事以下行为： Behavior Prohibition: you may use the platform and services within the scope of this Terms and Conditions. You may not use the platform to engage in the following behaviors: （1）超出授权或恶意使用本服务； Unauthorized or malicious use of the Service; （2）利用平台发表、传送、传播、储存危害国家安全、国家统一、社会稳定的内容，或侮辱诽谤、色情、暴力、引起他人不安及任何违反国家法律法规政策的内容，或者设置含有上述内容的网名、角色名，发布、传送、传播违法广告信息、营销信息及垃圾信息等； Using the platform to publish, transmit, disseminate and store content that endangers national security, national unity and social stability, or that insults, slanders, pornography, violence, causes disquiet among others and any content that violates national laws, regulations and policies, or set up a network name, role name containing the above content, release, transmission, dissemination of illegal advertising information, marketing information and junk information; （3）利用平台侵害他人知识产权、肖像权、隐私权、名誉权、个人信息等合法权利或权益； Use the platform to infringe on other people's intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, reputation rights, personal information and other legitimate rights or interests. （4）恶意虚构或协助虚构事实、评价等信息或数据； Maliciously fabricates or assists in fabricating facts, assessments, or other information or data. （5）进行任何危害计算机网络安全的行为，包括但不限于：使用未经许可的数据或进入未经许可的服务器/账户；未经允许进入公众计算机网络或者他人计算机系统并删除、修改、增加存储信息；未经许可，企图探查、扫描、测试本“软件”系统或网络的弱点或其它实施破坏网络安全的行为；企图干涉、破坏本“软件”系统或平台网络的正常运行，故意传播恶意程序或病毒以及其他破坏干扰正常网络信息服务的行为；伪造TCP/IP数据包名称或部分名称；利用平台及服务上传任何病毒、木马，或者蠕虫等危害网络健康的内容； Engage in any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; Accessing a public computer network or another person's computer system without permission and deleting, modifying or adding stored information; Without permission, attempts to probe, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of the Software system or network or other activities that undermine network security; Attempts to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of the Software system or the Platform network, intentionally spread malicious programs or viruses, or other acts that destroy or interfere with normal network information services; Forged TCP/IP packet names or partial names; Use the Platform and Services to upload any virus, Trojan horse, or worm content that endangers network health; （6）对平台进行反向工程、反向编译或反向汇编或以其它方式企图发现平台的源代码和算法，未经许可修改、禁用软件的任何功能或创建基于软件的衍生作品。 Reverse-engineer, reverse-compile or reverse-assemble the Platform or otherwise attempt to discover the Platform's source code and algorithms, modify without permission, disable any function of the software, or create software-based derivatives; （7）进行任何破坏我们提供服务公平性或者其他影响应用正常秩序的行为，如主动或被动刷分、合伙作弊、使用外挂或者其他的作弊软件、利用BUG（又叫“漏洞”或者“缺陷”）来获得不正当的非法利益，或者利用互联网或其他方式将外挂、作弊软件、BUG公之于众； Any actions that undermine the fairness of our services or otherwise affect the normal order of our application, such as active or passive brush points, partner cheating, use of plug-ins or other cheating software, use of bugs (also known as“Loopholes” or“Defects”) to obtain illicit benefits, or the use of the internet or other means to expose plugins, cheating software and/or bugs; （8）从事其他法律法规、政策及公序良俗、社会公德禁止的行为以及侵犯我们或其他个人、公司、社会团体、组织的合法权益的行为。 Engage in other acts prohibited by laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, and social ethics, as well as acts that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of us or other individuals, companies, social groups and organizations. 4.3信息内容的使用规范Guidelines for the use of information content 4.3.1未经我们书面许可，您不得自行或授权、允许、协助任何第三人对平台中信息内容进行如下行为： Without our written permission, you shall not, or authorize, permit or assist any third party to conduct the following acts on the information content on the Platform: （1）复制、读取、采用平台的信息内容，用于任何形式的商业用途； Copy, read and adopt the information content of the Platform for any form of commercial use; （2）擅自编辑、整理、编排平台及相关服务的信息内容后在平台及相关服务的源页面以外的渠道进行展示、利用或进行交易； Edit, organize, and arrange the information content of the Platform and related services without authorization, to display, utilize or trade in channels other than the source page of the platform and related services; （3）采用不正当方式，自行或协助第三人对平台及相关服务的信息内容产生流量、阅读量或交易引导、转移、劫持等不利影响。 Use improper means to self or assist a third party to adversely affect the information content of the Platform and related Services, such as to direct, divert, or hijack network flow, reading volume, or transactions, etc 5. 个人信息保护与隐私政策 Personal Information Protection and Privacy Policy 5.1尊重用户隐私并保护您的个人信息安全是我们的一贯态度，平台将会采取合理的措施保护您的个人信息与隐私。我们承诺，除非获得用户同意，平台不会收集、使用其提供服务所必需以外的用户个人信息或者将信息用于提供服务之外的目的。 It is our consistent attitude to respect users' privacy and protect your personal information, and the Platform will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information and privacy.
